Year XXII – Issue 5, May 2020 ASC International Communications – General Administration - Via Maria De Mattias, 10 - 00183 Rome www.adoratrici-asc.org redazioneasc@adoratrici-asc.org The Cry of the Blood When we entered into this pandemic crisis, we immediately wondered what we could do to deal with the ban on leaving our homes for infection control. As believers and, even more as Adorers, how could we remain near the people to support them in a time when physical contact has stopped? How can we help to continue nourish our faith? The charism of St. Maria De Mattias, who was called to be a credible witness of God’s tender love, does not change, and the cry of the blood, which at this peculiar time is rising from humanity, cannot remain unheard, unexpected. Editorial The creativity of charity in every part of the Congregation has given rise to simple but concrete endeavors which, supported by prayer and intercession for suffering humanity, have become a sign and seed of hope.
