Arnaud Rémy WRC Programme Manager, Michelin Motorsport “The weather for Wales Rally GB frequently springs a few surprises. Last year was particularly mild, but we tend to expect rain and/or fog. The shifting conditions are always a big challenge for the teams and our technical staff when it comes to selecting tyres for this round’s high-speed forest stages. This year, in line with the choice available already in WRC, we will have a new soft-compound option available for our WRC2 runners. If the going turns out to be wet and muddy, it is probable that the new Latitude Cross S70 will make its maiden competitive appearance in Wales.” Less
