Waukegan THEN & NOW Wednesday, August 12 Participants will go on a short walking 10am-12pm tour of downtown Waukegan and learn the history of some select locations. On Waukegan History the way they will use a Polaroid camera Museum at the (provided) to take pictures of places they see. Once back at the museum, they will Carnegie use the photographs they took, along $5 Resident/$10 Nonresident with historic photographs in our Register by 8/5/2026 collection, to display them side-by-side Program #30702203 for the public to view.
