Covid-19, from shock to normalcy, where do we stand? On the fifth anniversary of containment in France, this article provides a summary of scientific data and other revelations subsequent to July 2021 on the origin and repercussions of 1-4 Covid 19, following on from previous articles written before that date by the same authors . Officially, in five years, 776.8 million cases have been recorded worldwide, and 7 million have died. According to the WHO, a more realistic estimate is around twenty million deaths.
