AIMS OF THE COURSE The course aims to equip students with core economic tools for managerial decision-making. Students will learn how to use economic reasoning, data, and real-world evidence to analyze business problems related to pricing, costs, market structure, uncertainty, and innovation. SKILLS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Students will develop the ability to apply economic theory to real managerial decisions by combining analytical reasoning with practical business judgment.
