Pre-requisites: This course is appropriate for third- or fourth-year undergraduate students and master level students. AIMS OF THE COURSE There are few things more relevant to the productivity of a company than the correct management of its projects. Project Management is a discipline whose main objective is to achieve success in projects within the constraints of scope, time, quality and budget. To reach these objectives requires: maximum organization, planning, motivation and resource control.
