Data Science for Business Program Head of Study Path: Dr. Carlos Carrasco Program Pitch: The modern economy is being digitalized and this produces vast amounts of diverse data. Companies with a data-driven decision-making foundation have a competitive advantage over rivals (See, e.g., Amazon, Facebook, Google, General Electric, Alibaba, etc.). Business organizations have a huge demand for professionals who can manage and evaluate enormous volumes of information they acquire to improve their data-driven strategy. To meet this need, the Bachelor program from TBS Barcelona has created a track in Business Analytics. Our program offers the chance to learn how to take advantage of the potential of data analysis to address business problems at the crossroads of business, data science, and information systems.
