A rigorous method for selecting investment projects will be presented and practiced. Students will learn the various modes of financing and their real cost. A rigorous method for analysing economic and financial problems will be developed, based on a study of the theoretical foundations of modern finance. To renounce theory would be to renounce explaining the working of capital markets.
