MINISTOR SYSTEM, A EUROPEAN SUSTAINABLE ENERGY STORAGE SOLUTION Thanks to ThermoStore by Coldway®, MiniSTOR deploys an innovative thermal and electrical energy storage system for residential buildings, enabling efficient on-site energy management. As a key technological component of the European MiniSTOR project, ThermoStore by Coldway® enables the storage and release of heat and cold on demand, providing clean, intelligent, and fully decarbonized energy au- tonomy. This 54-month project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme, aims to unlock the energy efficiency potential of Europe’s building stock. The MiniSTOR Proof of Concept (POC) successfully demonstrated the feasibility and performance of the Ther- moStore solution at residential scale, delivering compact, intelligent, and fully decarbonized energy storage. This achievement provides tangible evidence that ThermoStore can transform building energy management by combining thermal and electrical storage technologies
