E D I T O R I A L P U B L I C AT I O N EVALUATION AND IMPACT OF OPCT® INSOLES IN RUNNING INTRODUCTION With the boom in running, runners are increasingly attentive to their choice of equipment.The biomechanical stresses associated with running raise real challenges in terms of comfort, stability, and dynamism. This is a natural step for the sports industry: runners are exposed to repeated impacts and instability that can affect their performance or cause musculoskeletal problems. This type of insole is designed to optimize stability and the distribution of pressure on the foot, while offering good dynamism and comfort, without compromising the running experience. That’s why we wanted to evaluate the impact of OPCT® insoles, and specifically the OPCT® Run Light Active model, designed to meet the specific demands of running.
