Returns Policy: Oxford University Press Southern Africa Products sold on firm sale All products are sold on firm sale unless otherwise stated on the invoice, or in a separate, documented returns agreement approved by Oxford University Press Southern Africa (OUP). Exceptional circumstances under which returns will be accepted Notwithstanding that products are sold on a firm sale basis; returns will be accepted under the following circumstances provided that the overriding conditions in Section 4 below are satisfied: 1. OUP Service Faults 1.1 OUP will honour returns requests arising from any service fault on our part. 1.2 Examples of such service faults are: a) too many books supplied (oversupply) b) incorrect books supplied c) incorrectly bound books d) damaged books e) books supplied later than the date stipulated in the confirmed order. 1.3 Full credit will be passed for returns in this category or replacements provided (as per Customer’s preference). 1.4 The cost of freight for books
