Rosaline Appice, who worked at Kestrel Grove Residential and Nursing Home, has been taken off the nursing register. At a four-day hearing in May, a panel heard a number of charges against Ms Appice. One charge related to the death of a resident who was found “cold and pale” while Ms Appice was on the night shift on July 30, 2017. CONTINUED ON PAGE 4...
