On September 10, which was World Suicide Prevention Day, Oliver Burchell, 26, known as Obi, decided to lift one kilogram in remembrance of every single person in the UK who has taken their own life over the course of his lifetime. The money raised will be split between Calm, Mind and Young Minds. Obi has been very open about his own mental health issues, which almost led to him taking his own life in 2012.
