Paul Rees MBE, 52, chief executive of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych), has helped to modernise the organisation and played a key role in its switch to a virtual organisation at the start of the first COVID-19 lockdown. Paul also led the rollout of a proactive approach to promote equality, diversity and inclusion at the college.
