MAY 2020, ISSUE 127 FREE 1,000 MEALS ACADEMY ACTION COOKERY SCHOOL SUPPORTS HEROES The Cooking Academy, based in Rickmansworth, has donated more than 1,000 meals to NHS staff in hospitals all around the Hertfordshire and London areas. Kumud Gandhi, owner of The Cooking Academy, has taken food donated from local supermarkets and had her team create the meals from it. She’s then personally delivered them to staff, including those at Watford and Hemel Hempstead hospitals.
