The Brownlow Café, located on the Ashridge Estate, has been forced to close after the National Trust decided not to renew the lease. The café, which was famous for its scones and sausage rolls, has been run by Jensigne Molbeck-Blyth and her husband, Ian Wood, (pictured) for more than 12 years, and was a popular spot with locals.
