The two teenagers were in Station Road on Saturday, July 4 at around 3pm when they were threatened with knives and had a watch and cash stolen from them. The 17-year-old youth was arrested on the same day in Hemel Hempstead and subsequently charged. He has been remanded and was due to appear at St Albans Crown Court as KINGSnews went to print.
