Andrew Ramdeen (pictured), 30, of Green Lane, pleaded guilty to two counts of section 18 grievous bodily harm at Isleworth Crown Court, and was sentenced through a virtual hearing at the same court on Friday, January 27. The section 41 restrictions order he received, along with his section 37 hospital order, means any changes to his detention would have to be approved by a Home Office panel.
