The West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust (WHHT) and Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) both held separate board meetings on July 11, where they had to agree upon one of four methods for moving ahead with the £350millon hospital redevelopment.
