The petitions both received more than 2,500 signatures each and were therefore discussed at a Harrow Council meeting on Thursday, November 26. The proposals, which had been submitted by TfL in partnership with Catalyst Housing Limited, have sparked debate among the community, some of whom claim they threaten to damage the natural landscape, diminish parking availability and create problems for commuters in the local area.
