JANUARY 2022, ISSUE 170 FREE HEART-WARMING CHAMPION CHEER BOXER ANTHONY JOSHUA HOSTS KIDS’ PARTY Former world heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, whose skill has earned him international recognition, returned to the Garston estate where he grew up to throw a party for local families. The fun-filled event was held at the Meriden Community Centre last month, with the boxer and members of his team providing a Christmas lunch and fun activities for children. Joshua, often known by his nickname AJ, spent the afternoon getting stuck in with the kids, playing games with them, posing for pictures, and providing encouragement with his wise words.
