Patrice DALAIGRE Assistant Professor p.dalaigre@ipag.fr Biography Patrice Dalaigre teaches accounting, managerial accounting, financial analysis and management control at IPAG Business School. He is the director and majority shareholder of the consulting firm MS Conseil. The firm advises management boards, including that of Mercedes Benz France, its biggest client. Patrice Dalaigre advises Mercedes during mergers, carrying out economic, financial and social audits, and leads training programs within the company. Prior to working for MS Conseil, he held positions of general and financial management within agribusiness companies. He holds an executive MBA from HEC and has co-authored two books: « Pratique de la rentabilité » published by Dunod and « les NTIC: comment en tirer profit » by RIA.
