General Terms and Conditions of Sale 1. PURPOSE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between the Laboratories of the QUALTECH Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and all of its clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") for the provision of analysis services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). Acceptance by the Client of a Quotation or the issuing of an order for Services implies acceptance without restriction or reservation by the Client of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and renders its general terms and conditions of purchase or any other document unenforceable against the Company, unless accepted in writing by the latter. Any deviations from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be subject to a written agreement with the Company, which shall be included in the Quotation as special terms and conditions.
