Participant Photo Guidelines Purpose Marketing is a key element in attaining meaningful visibility in the community. Including photos of real participants will enhance our success in attracting participants, applying for program delivery grants, attracting volunteers, and advocating for girls, women, and gender-expansive people. Images will be used for program flyers, program reports, annual reports, grant applications, and presentations. OPERATIONAL Photos of Program Participants and Activities PROCEDURE Designated staff members/staff photographers will take participant and program Page 1 of 2 photos for the purpose of marketing described above. Photos may also be sent to (adult) participants or parents/guardians after the program as a keepsake.
