Reporting directly to the Head of Football Operations, the successful applicant will be required to support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy, FA Referee Strategy and the Nottinghamshire FA Business Strategy. The role will lead on the recruitment, retention and development of referees in Nottinghamshire whilst contributing to the effective implementation of The FA’s Safeguarding Operating Standard for County FA’s.
