2026 Yearbook Eratta The report of the Stated Clerk to the 195th General Assembly, section VIII regarding statistical information, stated: In 2025, one hundred and eight-one (181) congregations failed to submit a report. In some cases, the statistics for a non-reporting congregation may be several years old. In consultation with Presbytery Clerks during the annual Stated Clerks Conference in 2023, the clerks agreed that to provide a more accurate number for verifying commissioner representation from each presbytery to General Assembly, congregations that do not submit an annual report for three consecutive years, will have a zero reported in the Active Membership column of the Yearbook. RECOMMENDATION 1: That each presbytery remind churches of the importance of submitting annual reports and to work with churches that might need assistance in completing the report.
