THIRD PARTY COMMISSION PAYMENTS Subject: Third Party Commission Payments Policy No. RMP-004 Issued to: All Offices Approved By: M.Hawkins Version: 1.1 Dated: January 1, 2021 COMMISSION PAYMENTS TO NON-LICENSED THIRD PARTIES It is expressly prohibited to pay a portion of a commission to be earned by you on behalf of the Company to any third party without the approvals provided for in this Policy. APPROVAL OF THIRD PARTY COMMISSION PAYMENTS Any proposed commission payment to a third party greater than $50,000 USD when such third party is not a client or an established real estate company (see definition of “established real estate company” below) must be pre-approved by the following individuals before the payment is made. (1) The broker/sales person (2) The regional or local managing director (3) Global Legal / Compliance Evidence of pre-approval must be retained by the local offices.
