I play volleyball with my friends at college and in my free time. I practice different skills like serving, passing, and hitting the ball. I also learn that teamwork is super important in volleyball. Playing volleyball helps me stay active. It also boosts my concentration, coordination, and communication skills. Sometimes I make mistakes while playing, but I always try to get better.
