Board Game Nights One of my favorite pastimes is playing board games with my friends. Every weekend we get together to spend time and play. We have different activities, but one of our favorite games is Catan. Our game nights start in the afternoon or evening. We meet at one of our houses, set up the table, and organize all the pieces. Sometimes it takes us several minutes to set up the board because there are so many pieces and cards. Then, we choose who goes first and start playing. During the game, we chat, laugh, discuss our strategies, and sometimes complain when we have bad luck with the dice, even when the game gets really competitive. Food is also an important part of our game nights. We have snacks and drinks while we play. Sometimes we eat chips or other simple foods that are easy to share.
