August 2026 - Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." — Helen Keller WELCOME BACK, FAMILIES I hope you had a restful and joyful summer. I want to welcome you to the new school year — and to my first year as principal. A new chapter that I begin with great excitement and joy, alongside the entire Glenside team and, above all, alongside you, our families. Before we begin, I want to share a little about myself. I am originally from Barcelona, Catalunya, where I worked for more than thirteen years as an assistant principal, and I have now lived in Michigan for five years. I speak Spanish, Catalan, English, and German, and my background is in English and German studies — so a passion for language, and its power to connect us, has been the thread running through my entire career in education.
