Good morning/afternoon. Today we want to present our proposal called "UTP ACTIVE 10". As university students, we spend many hours sitting in classes, in front of computers, and studying. This causes stress, back pain, low energy, and lack of concentration. Our proposal is a program of short active breaks of 10 minutes during the academic day. The idea is to move our body, relax our mind, and return to class with more energy and focus. "UTP ACTIVE 10" is not about doing intense exercise. It's about small movements that make a big difference in our health and academic performance.
