The Evaluation Framework The evaluation process for the "From Our Classroom to Yours" project was designed to be continuous, comprehensive, and multi-faceted. Rather than relying solely on a final grade, our strategy balanced ongoing assessment with direct student self-reflection. The overarching framework was carried out through three interconnected pillars: continuous teacher observations, active student participation tracking, and collaborative milestone activities during the life cycle of the project (March 2026 – June 2026). 1.1 Methodology & Tools To ensure a holistic assessment of the 14 participating students (7 Italian and 7 Turkish), educators utilized a mixed-method approach combining qualitative descriptions and quantitative feedback: • Continuous Teacher Observations: Teachers monitored students during classroom writing work
