This selection brings together six projects developed throughout my academic career, exploring at different scales the relationship between the built environment, landscape, and contemporary ways of inhabiting. Each project proposes a particular approach, where sustainability, construction methods, program, and climate operate as active variables within the design process.
The project briefs were understood as starting points: opportunities to explore contemporary ways of living, to design from space rather than image, and to develop precise responses to specific conditions. Architecture is therefore understood as a system of relationships capable of organizing complexity through a clear order and deliberate design decisions.
