The National Association for Research and Technology (ANRT) has a permanent working group on the energy transition, whose mission is to support public authorities in developing the French Energy and Climate Strategy (SFEC). This strategy notably incorporates the National Energy Research Strategy (SNRE), as provided for under Article L.144-1 of the French Energy Code, the National Low-Carbon Strategy (SNBC), the Multiannual Energy Programming (PPE), and the National Climate Change Adaptation Plan (PNACC). This report provides a synthesis of the work conducted by this group, chaired by Olivier Appert (former CEO of the French Institute of Petroleum), Denis Randet (former director of the CEA-Leti laboratory), and Richard Lavergne (General Council for the Economy), with Antoine Belleguie serving as coordinator.
