How to (Not) Inhabit Domestic Space is an academic research project developed within the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens. The work examines domestic space not as a neutral or private refuge, but as a contested field shaped by norms, images, commodities, platforms, and alternative forms of inhabitation.
Moving through IKEA, Airbnb, Andrés Jaque’s work, and theories of domesticity, everyday life, and the body, the project asks how the home is organized, standardized, commercialized, and potentially reimagined.
