Introduction and Objective This report transforms a structured five semester academic dataset into indicators, patterns and evidence based decisions. The objective is to demonstrate the information-value cycle: data quality, processing, analysis, visualization, interpretation and decision-making. 2. Methodology Twenty-five course records were structured with semester, course, final grade, credits, knowledge area, course type, approval status, attempt and weighted points. The dataset was validated for completeness, validity, consistency and uniqueness, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, multidimensional comparisons, trend analysis, Pearson correlation and six KPIs.
