The film follows a little girl who loses her teddy bear, and a mysterious craftsman who repairs it — not by restoring it, but by transforming it. The bear comes back half-panda, half-bear, with visible stitches and red threads that carry the girl's own color. She gives it her scarf. The story opens to the sky.
