Stable prices. Greater opportunity. If you've been wondering what's happening in the San Antonio housing market, the good news is that we're continuing to see a healthy and balanced market for both buyers and sellers. In May, home sales increased 5% compared to the same time last year, with 3,637 homes sold across the San Antonio area. At the same time, inventory grew to just over six months of supply, giving buyers more options than they've had in recent years. More choices mean buyers can take a little more time making decisions and often have more room to negotiate. Home prices have remained relatively stable despite the increase in inventory.
