PRESIDENT’S ANNUAL REPORT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS* NOVEMBER 19, 2025 This executive summary is intended to provide the Board Of Directors (BOD) with details on the Back Mountain Chamber’s (BMC) 2025 accomplishments, financials, and future plan. In coordination with 21 Board members, 42 volunteers, and now two staff members, the BMC experienced one of its busiest (if not the busiest) and proactive years to date. The insights and enthusiasm of all three groups culminated into a robust outreach to our business members and the community. I am personally proud of this year’s achievements as we navigated challenges with the economy along with limited staffing. I look forward to what has already been planned for 2026 which includes a new vision for the BMC while working with ChamberThink Strategies. (Sandra L.
