ISSUE 6, DECEMBER 2025 Kocadede BEYOND THE HORIZON Anadolu Lisesi 1990 EDİRNE SÜLEYMAN DEMİREL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL MONTHLY NEWS BULLETIN YOUNG VOICES, GLOBAL SOLUTIONS: EDIRNE’S FIRST MUN CONFERENCE On the 6th-7th of December,the first MUN conference in Edirne took place in our school.During the conference the delegates discussed solutions for global issues in the committees of UN Women, UNICEF, UNEP, UNHCR, DISEC, UNODC. The conference provided students to speak in public in a foreign language and improve their problem solving skills. 36 participants get awarded after 2 days of conference. We thank for the efforts of Mertkan SINAR, one of the English teachers of our school and all the participants for their great efforts.
