INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ⚠️However, if you choose the unfinished look, this requires expert finishing techniques. ⚠️ Our parquet floors are delivered pre-stabilized, oiled, or varnished at the factory. Strictly control storage, humidity, and temperature to prevent discoloration. On-site, plan for careful sanding followed by oiling with a molecularly bonded oil, or varnishing for damp areas. For all oiled surfaces, after installation, we recommend applying a thin coat of metallizing spray with a microfiber cloth. This will improve stain resistance and simplify maintenance. THE SUPPORT It must be clean, clear, and dust-free. It must be level: the flatness tolerance is 5 mm under a 2-meter straightedge for all substrates. To restore flatness within this tolerance, a primer and leveling compound are generally applied. It must be dry: the moisture content in the substrate must not exceed 3% at a depth of 2 cm, and 4.5% at 4 cm. The permissible moisture content in the substrate drops to 2%
