CAPRECRUIT 2025 – CONTINGENT TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF PERMANENT STAFF 1. Definitions 1.1. In these Terms of Business, the following definitions apply: “Applicant” refers to the individual introduced by the Agency to the Client for potential employment. This includes any officer or employee of the Applicant if the Applicant is a limited company, as well as members of the Agency’s own staff. The definition applies regardless of the method or medium of introduction. “Client” refers to (COMPANY NAME & ADDRESS). This includes any subsidiary, affiliate, or associated entity, as defined by the Companies Act 1985, to which the Applicant is introduced.
