Alrazak 1 Co3O4 Thin Films Using Spray Mohammed H. Mustafa 1 Hind A. Mahdi 1 Technique for Gas Sensing Shaimaa A. Abbas 1* Applications 1 Department of Physics, College of Education for Nanostructured thin films of cobalt oxide (Co3O4) were deposited on glass Pure Science (Ibn-Alhaitham), substrates using chemical spray pyrolysis at a substrate temperature of 673K. The University of Baghdad, deposited films were annealed at 773K for 60, 90, and 120 minutes to investigate Baghdad, IRAQ their physical and gas sensing properties. X-ray diffraction results showed that the 2 Department of Physics, as-deposited films were amorphous, while the annealed films exhibited a College of Education, polycrystalline cubic structure. The crystallite size increased from 51.74 to 55.33 nm Mustansiriyah University, with increasing annealing time. Micro
