Abd 1 1 Department of Medical Physics, College of Applied Sciences, This study investigates the effect of replacing different substances with 50% of sand University of Fallujah, on the radiation shielding performance of concrete used in medical structures. Seven Fallujah, IRAQ groups of three samples have been prepared and tested based on an ordinary 2 Department of Physics, concrete batch.
