Reglement_interieur_EF_V0_Sept26 REGLEMENT INTERIEUR DE L’ORGANISME DE FORMATION EXTRAHANDINAIRES FORMATIONS ÉTABLI CONFORMEMENT AUX ARTICLES L. 6352-3, L. 6352-4 ET R. 6352-1 ET SUIVANTS DU CODE DU TRAVAIL ARTICLE 1 – OBJET ET CHAMP D’APPLICATION Le présent règlement intérieur a pour objet de fixer les principales règles de santé, de sécurité et de discipline applicables aux stagiaires et aux apprentis de Extrahandinaires formations (ci-après « l’organisme »), ainsi que les modalités de leur représentation. Il s’applique à tous les stagiaires, quels que soient : • La formation, • Le mode de réalisation (en entreprise d’accueil, à distance, présentiel), • Le financeur (entreprise ou OPCO). Il est opposable à compter de sa remise au stagiaire, et pour toute la durée de la formation.
