Ne pas jeter sur la voie publique Gazette n°14 - Mars - Avril 2026 IPNS - an g er, l’ét r tir à BP : Deux semaines en Par itre 4: chap immersion Irlandaise… From February 22nd to March 8th, the apprentice chefs, waiters (in their second year of BP) and bakers (in their first year of BP) spent two weeks in Dublin. They were accompanied by their vocational training teachers. They were not on holiday ! In fact, they took part in the Erasmus programme which consists in immersive work placements. They are very happy to share their experiences with the Gazette.
