_Scape is a project inaugurated by Pierre Clemens at the turn of the year 2003. Wanting to broaden the semantic fields of the definition of landscape, whether in the cultural, political, social or more broadly conceptual field, he decided to create, from a simple French-English dictionary, a reappropriation of that dictionary, by creating a series of neologisms allowing him to propose, in the form of a litany, a series of definitions of imaginary landscapes. This document, now published in book form, is used almost daily by the artist for the development of various projects. It consists here of a list of neologisms in the form of English word tags. Each of them evokes a possible definition of landscape, provokes in the reader a possible evocation, a mental construction, creating new formal and semantic horizons
