Case 8:20 -cv- 03292 Judge Paula Xinis was assigned to my case two months- after two years of being held at the US District Court of Maryland by Judge Paul Grimm. What is strange is that these two same Judge had presided in the same case against Sykes Enterprise in 2016. It is my belief there is some special and political interest in these Judges who were appointed by the same Senator Cardin, Democrat in Maryland.
Paula Xinis communicated only with the defendants and did not communicate with me as a Pro Se litigant. She refuse to answer any of my questions as to why Judge Pual Grimm was leaving and why she was assigned to the case. A lot of my evidence was missing and misplaced- not scanned and she refused to acknowledge the EEOC determination in this case.
Throughout this case, I was treated inhumanely and unfavorably, besides I was the only person of color and disabled. I was denied ADA as I had a head injury accident.
