GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – PITCHES These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern any reservation of a camping pitch made with Camping Sunêlia Les Pins – Argelès-sur-Mer. They apply to all stays and constitute the contractual framework between the campsite and the client. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions as well as the campsite’s internal regulations. Camping Sunêlia Les Pins is a family-oriented campsite and reserves the right to refuse any reservation that may conflict with this principle or its spirit. Prices displayed on the campsite website are in euros, all taxes included. VAT is applied at the current rate of 10%. RESERVATION Reservations are strictly personal and may not be transferred, sublet or modified to accommodate undeclared persons.
