SUMMER TOP NPS SCORERS JULY: SILVER ENDEAVOUR: 91.3 AUGUST: From really good to remarkable SILVER WIND: 85.71 Aside from everyday operations with full ships and very busy Mediterranean and Alaska seasons, July and August have been intense to say the least! While our Hotel Directors and Managers continue to drive the Silversea Way culture, Officer engagement, 10-10-10 training and the Silver Knight Program, new initiatives Just Ask, 10-5-3, Mission 90, and Silversea Joy have seen the light. Silver Moon trialed Medallia, the unification of crew & officers messes and new guest dining hours, while Silver Nova was the first to adopt the new Muster drill process. New format hotel director reporting was introduced, Fidelio upgraded, butler business cards are on the way back, and the list goes on... With all of this, the fleet can be proud of some of the excellent NPS results achieved. Average NPS by voyage: 70.85
